First, we have to know the ingrediants. The main ingrediant is ½ kilograms cassava. The other ingrediants are 80 gram pulverize rice, one spoon of wheat flour, ½ tea spoon salt and sufficient palm sugar. Socond, we need some equipment, such as, rice steamer, pounder, and wok.
The step of make gethuk goring is very simple. First, steam the cassava until well-done with the rice steamer. After that, mix the pulverize rice, wheat flour, salt and with sufficient water. And then, Pound the cassava, palm sugar and salt with the pounder until refined. Shape it as you want and then put it into the dough before. The last step is fried it with the wok until the colour of it is brown.
To conclude, it is easy to make gethuk goring, the ingredients and the equipments are easy to find. Gethuk goreng should serve with a cup of tea.
